Blocks from a museum & fantastic park with summer public pool & winter sledding hills.

Upstairs: Three King rooms all with 40” TVs. Bathroom, living room, dining room, well stocked kitchen, work space area. Downstairs: one queen room (with TV), bunk room with full/twin and twin/twin bunks. Extra sleeping nook with queen bed. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. Highchair and pack&play also available.

Board games, nostalgic children's books, and TV's for indoor fun. Outside has a large backyard, with basketball hoop and a small hill perfect for winter snow/sledding or summer play for kids.

Off-street parking in back of house to easily fit 4 vehicles. Additional parking available in street in quiet residential neighborhood.

BBQ, tables and chairs included outside during the summer months. Plenty of shade during the summer to enjoy the fantastic Yakima weather.

Parking is available for four cars in the back of the house, of street. On street parking is also available in our quiet, residential neighborhood. Bus stops are available one block away.
